Who is this for? The CEO Sidekick was created for Sole Proprietorships & Single Member LLC’s who have not filed an S-Corp Election. If your business is structured differently, this tool may work for you, but you may find that it does not include everything you need for your bookkeeping.

I have a product based business, can I use The CEO Sidekick? Maybe! If you’re an Etsy shop owner, this would be perfect for you! If you own a physical or online store that is subject to paying & collecting Sales Tax, you’ll want to make sure you have a plan for tracking Sales Tax in place, too!

Do I need to repurchase The CEO Sidekick every year? Nope! At the start of the New Year, you can make a copy, clear your old data and start over with January!
